[Marmalade-announce] Marmalade Dog 7 Pre-reg Open!

We've been promising this for quite some time and thanks to the timely 
efforts of our GMs the WMGG is proud to offer pre-registration for 
Marmalade Dog 7!  Although we haven't percieved any problems with simple 
on-site registration, this is a feature which several attendees requested 
in the feedback forms we passed out last year.
