PCI Graduate Students -

Please see below about a REQUIRED and MANDATORY training session for any
graduate students new to the PCI department at the start of the Fall 2008 or
Spring 2009 semester, any graduate student who did not take the training in
Fall 2007, and any other graduate student who has not yet taken this
training course.  If you do not complete this training, the university can
cancel your TA or RA funding, and you would not be eligible to be offered
funding for Fall 2009.

Please e-mail Annette Cummins and confirm with her that you will attend.

Subject: Right to Know Class

Good Afternoon:

I have a Right To Know Class scheduled for Monday, Feb. 23 at 8
a.m. in room C123 at the College of Engineering and Applied
Sciences.  This would be for student or regular employees who handle
chemicals in their job or supervise those who do and have not yet
taken the class.

The following are students that I have on my list from last fall
that need to attend.  Any new student employees that you have hired
recently would also need to attend.

Would you please have your students and staff that have not
attended sign up so that I know how many to expect.  I also have
found that if people sign up, they show up.  If they do not sign up,
they forget or schedule over that time.
